You can reserve a table directly through the reservation system on our website. Due to our limited number of seats, we highly recommend booking in advance, especially for Friday and Saturday services.

CAAA offers seasonal 4-course, 5-course, and 7-course tasting menus based on the Dineology philosophy. The cuisine focuses on Swiss ingredients, Mediterranean heritage, and contemporary techniques, with a strong connection to our bar program and sustainable practices.

Do you offer lunch at CAAA?

Yes. CAAA offers a Business Lunch on Thursday and Friday with a concise 2- or 3-course menu, as well as a Fine Dining Lunch on Saturday with a 5-course Dineology tasting experience.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free menus?

We offer a vegetarian menu with advance notice. We do not offer vegan or fully gluten-free menus, as some elements of the Dineology ecosystem and tasting structure cannot be adapted without compromising the concept.

Yes. Sustainability is embedded in the Dineology ecosystem. CAAA features a world-first 3D-printed cellulose ceiling made from recycled plant fibers, works with small responsible producers, uses a zero-waste inspired tasting menu structure, and operates an energy-conscious, low-waste cocktail and kitchen program.

In our menu you’ll find 8 alcohol cocktails and 6 mocktails inspired by sounds like whales, a crackling fireplace, falling snow, and more. To create the concept, we’ve been using the latest techniques like vacuum distillation, centrifuge and fermentation, collaborating closely with our chefs to blend experience and innovation.
